I specialise in private purchase plus valuation surveys. I also undertake building surveys, homebuyers’ reports and party wall awards, as well as a number of other services to suit all your needs. Having worked as a surveyor and prior to that as an estate agent in a career lasting 40 years I can claim to be one of the most experienced UK surveyors. I have seen many changes and ups and downs in the market. I always keep abreast of what’s going on in the present, and have an eye on changes to come, too.
