I am pleased to advise that the xxxxx case settled just before Christmas. There was a period
of frenetic activity prior to the inception of an After the Event Insurance policy. Your view as
to the pre-transfer value of the properties was very helpful. Thus can I please thank you for
your help and assistance with this matter - I should not now need to spend any time further
amending your report and the trial window should now come out of your diary.
The website operated well, although my request was slightly more unusual / complex than the
website catered for. But that was to be expected.
I followed up with Broomfield Surveyors Limited. The work has been carried out. Very

to obtain this information. In fact you are the first surveyor I have employed that actually

the condition of gutters for which I am grateful.

The website operated satisfactorily it gave me a range of surveyors and prices. I placed an
order with Broomfield Surveyors Limited who were the first to contact me by mobile phone
very shortly after my initial enquiry. The work was done the day after I requested and I was
given a verbal report by the surveyor at the property and invited to ask questions. I have now
received a full written report by email with a hard copy to follow in the post. The site did
what I needed and gave me a choice in both price and surveyor. The company I instructed
were efficient and friendly and provided a rapid and detailed report which is superior to the
reports I have had before involving greater expense. I needed a rapid survey to confirm my
decision to buy the property and that was what I got.

carried out to my satisfaction, they even took the time to talk me through the report at length
on a Saturday morning with the option of calling back with any outstanding questions on the
Saturday evening and Sunday which I felt was above and beyond. The turnaround of the

I could not recommend this surveyor more highly. To say Mr Abrahams is thorough would be
a serious understatement - the vendors estate agent for the property I was buying actually
complained about the fact he took more than three hours. All this meant, my wife and I were
able to make a proper assessment of the property, safe in the knowledge we were aware of
every single potential problem. 10 out of 10!

"Dealing with Broomfield Surveyors was an absolute pleasure. The Abrahams are very
responsive and I got some sound advice about the type of survey that would be best suited to
my prospective property. Laurence was able to survey the property promptly and called me
the next day to talk through it. I then received a draft survey for my comments 3 days later
